Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Package

  Send your parcel using a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please keep your postage receipt as proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
